William Calhoun Obituary (2022) – Indianapolis, IN
William Earl “JuJu” Calhoun Jr., 47, of Indianapolis, formerly of Benton Harbor, died suddenly on February 15, 2022 at Ascension St. Vincent’s Hospital – Indianapolis, following a brief illness.

William was born on December 8, 1974, to Helen and William “Earl” Calhoun Sr., at Memorial Hospital, St. Joseph.
He attended schools in the Benton Harbor area and graduated in 1993.
On July 14, 2007, he married the love of his life, Sanquinella Taylor, from this blended marriage, three children were born. William was employed at Keurig Dr. Pepper in Indianapolis.
JuJu will forever be remembered as his loving and devoted wife, Sanquinella; daughters: Shaneka Outlaw-Calhoun and Courtney Lewis; one son, Marcus Lewis; his parents: Earl and Helen Calhoun; grandchildren: Zaira, William, Cortaze, Tavarius and Autumn; godchildren: Er’Lexia Booth and Ashanti and David Shaw Jr; sisters-in-law: Karen Taylor, Tracey (Kendrick) Logan and Sharon Tillman; brother-in-law, James Taylor; great-aunt, Annie Mae Humphrey; great-uncle, Robert Hampton; paternal grandmother, Vera Fryer; her puppy, Abbey; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents: Henry Jr. and Blossie Broyles and Ollie Fryer; and his paternal grandparents: Anderson and Essie Calhoun; uncles: Daniel, Michael and Dennis Broyles; and aunt, Mae Williams.
